Welcome to Actix Bundle ("App"), provided by Actix Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using our Shopify App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Company Information​

App Description​

Actix Bundle helps Shopify store owners increase their sales by easily creating Quantity Breaks, Bundles, and Discount Offers.

User Eligibility​

There are no specific age or geographic restrictions to use our App. By using Actix Bundle, you confirm you have the authority to operate the Shopify store associated with your account.

Pricing & Payments​

All pricing details, including available plans and trial periods, are clearly stated on our Shopify App listing. We offer a 30-day refund policy. For refunds or cancellations, please contact our support at tech@actixlabs.com.

Intellectual Property​

All content within the App, excluding merchant-generated content, is the intellectual property of Actix Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

User Obligations​

Merchants must comply with Shopify's Terms of Service while using the App. No specific usage restrictions beyond Shopify's standard policies apply.

Liability Limitations​

All sales results, logos, and customer reviews displayed on our homepage and promotional materials represent real brands using Actix Bundle. These are sourced directly from our Shopify App listing page. However, results may vary by merchant. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our App.

Termination Conditions​

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Actix Bundle under the following conditions:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Violation of Shopify’s Terms of Service.
  • Misuse or abuse of the App.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

Termination will result in immediate suspension of App services.

Changes & Updates​

We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing this page for any changes. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Data Privacy​

We respect your privacy. Your data is securely handled according to our Privacy Policy, available separately.

Third-Party Integration​

Actix Bundle integrates with Shopify’s APIs and may integrate with other third-party services. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their respective terms.
